Tuesday saw the Gachibowli Police and Cyberabad Special Operations team arrest three drug peddlers and 16 suspected users. Police tracked the supply route from Telangana, Kerala, and Bengaluru and confiscated 95.41 kilos of MDMA and 50 grams of OG Kush worth Rs 16.4 lakh.
Mohd Razal Abdul Gafoor, Navina KD, and K Yashwanth Sai Shanmukh from Bengaluru and Hyderabad were the suspects.
On August 11, police detained Yashwanth and 16 clients near Vattinagulapally and discovered he had bought MDMA from Kerala's Md Razal Abdul Gafoor and Bengaluru's Navina KD.
On August 18, teams detained Md Razal Abdul Gafoor in Thrissur, Kerala, who admitted to giving Koripella Yashwanth Sai Shanmukh 44.41 grams of MDMA from Sam, a Nigerian resident. While detained at Begur, Bengaluru, Navina KD's home yielded 51 grams of MDMA and 50 grams of OG Kush.
