A High Court lawyer filed a lawsuit alleging an extortion network in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj in which a lady befriends males on dating apps.
After meeting guys on Tinder and social media, an Uttar Pradesh lady reportedly exploited personal photos and videos to blackmail them and demand significant sums of money.
In Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj, a High Court lawyer filed a lawsuit alleging that a lady befriended guys on Tinder before threatening them with criminal charges and demanding money.
Pallavi Singh Rajput allegedly went after guys on dating apps and social media. The complaint and victims' allegations state that talks started as acquaintances and grew into deeper ties before the men were photographed or videotaped during encounters.
He reportedly blackmailed them with the photos and videos. Claims exceed Rs 6 crore, according to the complaint.
The charges include threats to charge men with rape and attempted murder if they don't pay. Police are investigating the unsubstantiated accusations.
The complainant's accusation that five persons were incarcerated for her complaints is very severe.
With the fear of future litigation and public disgrace, the victim's side argues such instances pressured others into paying.
Case-related photos have surfaced on social media. A bed looks to have big bundles of cash bills. Another snap shows a lady with a firearm. However, their origin, date, and context are unknown.
Another accusation alleges that the woman utilized many social media profiles to meet new individuals. Names include "Sweety Tiwari".
Two ladies and two guys reportedly helped Pallavi Singh Rajput. Case inquiry continues.
