A woman from Hyderabad murders her husband while he is sleeping. They got into a fight.

Hyderabad: Following a family argument in Hyderabad on Sunday nite, a 52-year-old man passed away when his wife struck him with a weight while he was asleep, according to police.

Srinivas (52) has been recognized as the deceased man.

Preliminary reports state that the pair got into a fight last nite, and that early in the morning, while he was under a cover, the wife allegedly struck him on the neck with a weight, killing him.

The murder's motivation has not yet been determined.

Police said that Srinivas, his wife Ramadevi, and their two kids had been residing in the area for around six months.

According to the police, the couple had been fighting often about family matters for a while.

When the two got into another argument on Sunday nite, the situation is said to have gotten worse.

Ramadevi assaulted Srinivas during the fight, according to the police.

The cops raced to the area and examined it after learning about the occurrence.

In addition to gathering tangible evidence, officers started interrogating family members and anyone else who might know details about the occurrence.The family had been at odds a lot. We're looking at everything that could have contributed to the death," police stated.

The wife and son, meanwhile, arrived at the police station and turned themselves in.

Investigators are attempting to pinpoint the precise order of events and identify any individual roles that may have been played by those involved.

Police stated that it would be premature to make judgments until the investigation is finished, even if family conflicts are being investigated as a potential motive. Additionally, officers are investigating whether the incident was caused by any other causes.
