Twice Convicted Felon Going To Prison For Drug Trafficking And Firearms Possession

Ross announced today that Rudolph Brumfield a/k/a Rudy, 36, of Geneva, NY, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, five kilograms or more of cocaine, and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, was sentenced to serve 210 months in prison by Senior U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Brett A. Harvey, who handled the case, stated that Brumfield was the leader of a cocaine trafficking organization operating in Geneva and other areas
