SCRANTON – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Tyshawn Mack, age 30, of Brooklyn, New York, was sentenced yesterday to 40 months in prison by United States District Court Judge Robert D. Mariani for illegally possessing two firearms. According to United States Attorney Gerard M. Karam, on January 18, 2019, Mack possessed a .380 caliber Ruger LCP pistol and a .32 caliber River Johnson Arms revolver, while prohibited by law to possess firearms because of a previous felony conviction.
