Manchester Man Sentenced to 3 Years in Federal Prison for Distributing Fentanyl in Hartford

Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that RAYMOND JURADO, 36, of Manchester, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport to 36 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for distributing fentanyl According to court documents and statements made in court, in 2017, the FBI’s Northern Connecticut Gang Task Force and Hartford Police Department received information that Jurado’s associate, Randy Texidor, was distributing significant quantities of heroin.  Between October and December 2017, investigators made eight controlled purchases of escalating quantities of heroin and/or fentanyl from Texidor, and
